September is a great time to visit. The weather is perfect and the water is refreshing. We found parking easily and walked down a few sets of stairs, maybe a 5 minute walk. You'll be greeted the famous Pugliese turquoise water. The setting is gorgeous and rocky. There is a little cafe that serves all the typical drinks and light bites. Loved the vibe and I realize we were lucky with our timing. I don't recommend in the middle of summer through August as it's packed everywhere in Italy.
