What really impressed me was how they helped me with an issue one of my packages had. It had been sent back to me because the customs form was not descriptive enough. While returning a package, the steps are as easy as 1, 2, and 3. You simply bring your amazon package in and show the barcode from the email to the employee as to where they will scan it for you, and you're done! The lines usually move fast, and there is always a lot of staff on-site to assist you. The customer service provided is superb as to where they greet you and get you in and out!
