Not! After a month I contacted the store and was told the accountant would have the tax refund to me the following week. Three and four weeks later, no refund, no further response to repeated emails. I would find another store next time. Update. After more emails and intervention of fine folks at Biarritz Tourisme, refund arrived after twelve weeks. Five stars for Biarritz Tourisme.
