This place was one of the two places recommended to us by our hotel concierge for seafood. We…read moreopted for this place because there were more things on the menu. I was on a hunt for Belon oysters, something that I haven't been able to find in the US. I was very happy to see that the board in front said they had belons. We created our own seafood platter which consisted on belons, fines de claires , uni, langostines, some sort of snail that I forgot that name of and a few others, and paired it with some champagne. The oysters were fresh, but not nearly as large as I had hoped. At first, we were wowed by the huge platter of seafood in front of us, but in the end we were quite disappointed. Everything came out of the refrigerator. There isn't anything special about any of the crustaceans since none of them were flavored, just boiled, chilled and served. Had we know that, we probably would have skipped the place. On top of everything, the fiance got terrible food posioning that night.
