We felt like some mussels and found this restaurant with great feedback. Since the town was on the way anyways we pulled over here for lunch. Even during Covid-19 the place was fully booked and there was a waiting line. Luckily it did move fast and we got a table on the porch after only about 15minutes. Our Bulldog was welcome as well. Staff here works hard, serving the numerous customers. But they are friendly, helpful and quite fast. Ordered some white wine, mussels in creamy sauce, 6x oysters and a seafood chowder. And it was seafood heaven! All the ingredients so fresh, you could taste the sea. Best mussels we've ever had? YES! No other place did beat the flavour and the freshness of this restaurant. The Oysters were great as well, very creamy and fresh. Nice size too. Only once in France we've had better ones. The chowder was packed with fish and seafood. Wonderful. On the side for both meals: fries. Hot, big, crispy, salty. Excatly as fries should be. Wonderful. Prices here are very fair, costs no more than other restaurants, but is definitely one of the best meals we've had in France. A great great place for fish and seafood. They describe every item on the menu with passion and details. When you enter the restaurant don't forget to look at their cooler on the left where they mature all the fish before serving them - this is quite impressive to see that. Overall, we had a very good time and loved every plate. Highly recommend the place.
