I made an appointment easy and within a few days. if you want to skip the review, they're bad. and their English is not good at all. so if you're an American drawn to it the same way I was, look to other cleaners On the day of the cleaning, they came over an hour late, struggled to find my apartment before I had to give them directions. They brought very minimal cleaning supplies with them and used mostly what I had on hand. I asked for two hours for the cleaning with two cleaners, and it took them three hours. Constantly throughout the cleaning, they were on their phones for minutes at a time. finally, they constantly wanted to take my stuff. I let them have random cleaning supplies, but they kept wanting to take my vacuum cleaners and my WiFi box! did the place get cleaned? Yes. could it have been done better and faster? absolutely. The three individuals that perform the regular cleanings do not speak English, are consistently late and are very inconsistent with how well they will clean your home. if the Male comes alone expect a poor job. If it's the Male and young Female then you can expect your home to be cleaned adequately. If the Male drops off an older Female then you can expect it to be done well. after 2 or 3 cleanings they will proposition you to not go through spic and span but to contact them directly so that way they won't have to give spic and span their cut. **DO NOT AGREE TO THAT** spic and span will at least compensate you for their tardiness but all they will do is apologize and continue to show up 1 to 3 **hours** late CONSISTENTLY.
