What a wonderful family run operation - a farm, restaurant and lodging.
I was with a group traveling through for lunch and we were treated to a delicious farm to table meal with a tour of the farm subsequently.
*For vegans/vegetarians or those who cringe at the thought of seeing a farm with animals that are raised to be your lunch or dinner, do not tour the livestock areas. However, you can tour the main building which houses the dining rooms, kitchen, meat and cheese curing rooms as well as the winery.
The family was present and working while I was there and shared with me photos and stories of the place.
What a treat it was to visit Le Case dei Baff, I hope I can return someday.
