We had an excellent meal on a quiet Thursday evening at 7, without a reservation, early for a French establishment. We had very good steak frites, cooked correctly to our order. I had, though, a genuinely memorable appetizer--a perfectly poached egg on a cream of cauliflower soup with a touch of coconut cream. Silky, sumptuous, perfectly seasoned. Absolutely worth a visit to see what other surprises Fleur de Sel can offer.
