The clothes are very well prices but the checkout process is crazy. There are a bunch of different lines and None of us could figure out where they stopped or started. Returns take a while and definitely a language barrier. I need to pick up some Turkish in order to survive around here. Most locals don't speak any. They make you fill out forms for any exchanges and returns. Of course the forms aren't in English so I had to use Google translate to read it. This particular location is massive. The staff weren't willing to help me find something for an exchange and I waited an hour in the line and another 20 at the till because the cashier kept leaving and coming back. This location is in the mall so it's convenient but too crowded and unorganized. They wouldn't allow me to take photos inside. read more
