We recently bought a house that needed alot of TLC. Much of the work was done before even moved in, but there where several projects that were not completed before our moving in. We found Larry on-line, and had him work on our whole list of projects that still need to be done. Fitting, painting, and installing all of our interior doors. Installing three sets of closet doors, fixing and installing several light fixtures, as well as repairing several areas in on the exterior of the house that need to be fixed and resurfaced and stuccoed. I had Larry reframe a window I wanted to change the size of. Normally I do my own work, but this seemed a little out of my skill set. Larry replied to my call and emails, which is huge because a lot of people I called for quotes ended up not responding after some time. He showed up on time and did a great job. Even the guy doing my windows said it looked like a good job. I will take some credit since I mounted the drywall on the inside! Larry reframed the window and patched the stucco on the outside. Small disclaimer, I cannot see all of the stucco due to the window being boarded, but what i can see looks pretty darn good. Larry did say right when he got to my house he didn't see something in the picture I sent and that the job would be a little more. I was in a time crunch and he was there so I said as long as it is not something crazy like 50% more i was ok. I don't remember him ever giving me an exact price. I love Larry and the receptionist here. I believe her name is Dawn (I'm sorry if I got it wrong). Both are so accommodating and lovely to work with! Larry has helped me with two homes- mine and my rental. Both times he has fixed extra things around the house that I thought could not be fixed. For instance, the dishwasher in the rental home used to make this popping sound every time it hit the wood floor board that outlined its frame. Larry noticed the popping sounds and fixed it immediately. He was actually there to work on a crooked drawer and a wall. Anyways, It was really amazing because no one thought it could be fixed. The tenants just got used to the popping sound. Now they don't have to. He's amazing with carpentry. Overall, he can fix anything! Im so happy to have found this company. read more

We called Larry to see about repairing a disintegrating tile shower. He was prompt in returning our call and scheduling an appointment for an estimate, and was pleasant and professional throughout the project. The damage from the leaking under this shower was extensive, but Larry repaired it solidly and he and his team did an outstanding job of installing new tile. Dishonest. Gave me a receipt for a Moen faucet and installed a lesser priced, lesser quality Glacier Bay faucet and overcharged me $26.96 (for a distant rental property). Gave Larry many opportunities to address this issue but he chose to address everything else about the work that was done except this exact issue to the point of turning the tables around and trying to fault me.
