DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We went pheasant hunting for two days and the birds were so tame that they…read morehad to be kicked repeatedly to make them fly. They literally choked the birds before stuffing them in clumps of grass throughout the field... it was like hunting easter eggs. They claimed to provide 5 birds per person, which should have made for 20 birds overall, but the guide admitted that they only put out 15 (he later corrected himself and said "I'm sure there's 20".) Not only that, but some of those 15 birds were hens! Another claim they made is that they have 12,000 acres to hunt on. BS. Our guide told us that the Hamms own about 1,200 acres and rent about that many as well- FAR less than they claim on their website! The actual field we hunted pheasant in was between 15 and 20 acres, and the first day's hunt was about 2 hours, while the second day's took just over one hour! Their website claims about the accommodations are also false. They claim to serve "filet mignon each evening for hunters," but we were served meatloaf, instant mashed potatoes and canned green beans. For lunch, they offered to heat us up some chicken strips. Our bathroom had been previously used by the only other two hunters at the facility (their shower didn't work, so they just went to the next open room, which happened to be the one we would be assigned later). The dirty towels were still on the floor when we got there, and they were never replaced. The photos on the website are probably accurate... but they were taken in the about a decade ago. Coincidently, that was also the last time the fire extinguishers were inspected. The people were friendly, and 10 years ago I'm sure this was a great place to go. It isn't any more. Don't waste your time or your money.

Being that I was flying back I needed it to fit in a cooler & asked that they remove as much bone/fat to get me as much meat back keeping me under 70 pounds including the cooler. They did an unbelievably good job with my cooler clocking in at exactly 69.5 pounds on the airlines scale. All the cuts were clearly labeled & well packed. I wish I knew of a butcher of this quality in my area.

He only owns 400 acres (had I known that I would not have booked) and is surrounded by 200,000 acres that doesn't get hunted. Why on earth would the hogs come on his small ranch and get shot at when they have 200,000 acres to roam free on. Save yourself the time and money...go somewhere else. The owner did try to make our stay fun by shooting some pheasants, but overall I was very disappointed.

Executive Outdoor…read more Adventures are a hunting service focusing on feral hogs through the use of thermal night hunting and helicopters during the day. A group of six of us hunted with them for 3 days in 2018 and bagged 2 hogs, very few animals were sighted. Promised would be better next time and we would fill our coolers. Returned 3/19 to thermal hunt at night and helicopter hunt. Thermal hunt results in three nights , 3 failed stalks, zero hogs killed, last night zero hogs spotted. Helicopter hunt, perfect flying conditions, first hour one coyote spotted, second hour 7 total hogs spotted and 5 coyotes. I seriously doubt they have access to the 800,000+ acres advertised and what they do have the pigs have been mostly exterminated or have moved on. Won't waste my money with them again.
