I needed to get new passport photos. This place was close to where I work and convenient. It was literally 10 minutes from work. It's in a corner strip mall with a FedEx and In&Out. Literally took 10 minutes from start to finish. very quick service, everyone was professional. The pics are fine and they were about $22. That's a totally fair price for quick passport photos that'll comply with the US government. The place is a photo shop that does other stuff too. Good choice for this task. read more

LAX Photo Lab I stopped by LAX Photo Lab to get my passport photo taken, and the service was quick and efficient. As soon as I walked in, they guided me right to the photo area. The process was smooth, and I had my photos in no time. They emailed me the digital copies and also gave me printed versions on the spot. While I was there, I noticed they do a lot more than just passport photoslooked like they were developing some cool prints, including sports images like one of Randy Moss. Great service, good price. The lab is good for portrait photos. Even passport photos Those are the pros Needed some photos from a flash drive this instance. The picture quality came out great. Wish I wasn't charged on a per copy print out. That way if I needed 2 copies a person I'd pay double. Standards require that I send 2 copies for each application. So here comes the hard part. Came to get passport pictures done. It's a very small place. There's literally a stool and a small white background on the wall to your left, when you enter the intimate space. The photos, none the less came out perfect. Just perfection. Spend a little more and get better service here. He let me see the picture and made sure I liked it before he went ahead and processed it. After several years of purchasing over a thousand photos from LAX my customers started noticing a quality control issue. This is my first EVER complaint with them and yet when I addressed it, they dropped me without notice saying they can't be responsible for making sure the coloring is close to what I have submitted. Easy breezy beautiful passport photos! Also the cheapest passport photos I've taken - $8.99 for two, $14.99 for four. Child and non-USA photos cost a bit more. A simple no-frills space, you sit, get your picture taken and it's printed out in less than 10 minutes. $10 minimum for credit card purchases. Parking lot can be a zoo during the lunch rush, so beware! read more

Their website says $7.99 for 2 passport photos, but a sign in the store says $8.99 (as of 6/26/2013) and that is what I was charged. Pictures were taken within 5 minutes, and printed within 10-15. They charge $12.99 to do passport pictures for babies, but I challenged them on the reason for this if my kid performed well and he did it for the adult price. They have a gigantic format color laser printer inside the shop. I would definitely consider using them for large format printing. They also print to canvas. I do wish they has an exhaustive list of services and prices though. The man who helped me said they offer too many things with too many variables to provide such a list, but I've gotten this from other printers before. read more

LAX Photo Lab was great. Had a slide show custom done for my mother-in-laws funeral at the last minute. Ildiko did a great job. It was over and beyond anything we expected with short notice. She handled all the 120 + photo's dating back as early as 1921. She even enhanced a lot of the old photo's which were not in the best condition. The dvd was put to music with three songs that we chose. She even downloaded them from iTunes for us. You know it was excellent when several people at the funeral asked who did the dvd for you. I needed passport photos immediately. I called and asked how much it would be, they said $7.99. Fair 'nough, I thought. They are located in an outdoor plaza. The intersection and parking within that plaza is pretty damn thick and always crowded. The parking spaces are pretty tight, too. At least LAX Photo Lab provided a good experience. I paid, I sat, the photographer came with her camera, a couple shots were snapped, and I was out the door within minutes. Good service and straight to the point. read more

I visited this establishment 2 yyears ago at xmas time to have some photos copied for family and friends. I cannot adequately put into words how friendly and helpful the assistant was,she made a few suggestions that improved the beauty of my photos,my order was finished much faster than i anticipated and cost much less than i had expected i am returning tomorrow to have more copies made and the nicest thing is u do not need a negative just the photo and upon completion they provide you with a negative I am in a wheelchair and although the store is tiny i had no problem whatsoever read more

This old Asian guy treats his employees like slaves won't work unless his workers are there made me wait 2 hours until I had to come in and make them invoice the total because he didn't wanna get print my photos when I got there at 10am. It's 11:21 and I'm still waiting. Asian guy yelled when I walked in saying "idk nothing" meaning he don't care and was talking with his bf for like 10 min outside knowing I was waiting for my order and not even a "it's on its way or even bother to tell me they are not being worked on" seriously horrible experience. read more

I've used LAX Photo Lab's passport photo service twice this year. They're friendly and they do great work. The second time around, I had to make a special request of making the size of my head a tiny bit bigger than usual (long story), but they were totally okay with this request, and the result was just perfect. After they take a picture they let you see it on the camera LCD and if you don't like it they'll take another one. The wait was about 10 minutes. The price of $8.99 + tax for two photos is very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quick passport photo! read more

Passport Photos $8.99 Went on a Friday at 11:30 and the parking lot is very crowded due to many lunch spots in the complex. Wasn't that big of a problem but I would hate to be there right during lunch hour. Walked in and walked out in about 6 minutes. can i give it a 0 rating? i have found this stinkin photo lab on yelp..when i joined yelp, i had no intention of writing anything bad and this may get me on a roll to being a harsh critique perhaps but gosh, ms molly...i hate this place..EVERYTIME i go there they mess up my order. EVERYTIME i go there i walk out of there SO frustrated that i just want to shoot someone. The girl who works at the counter has attitude and doesn't have any customer service skills and messes up my requests.every.single.freakin.time. Ok, fine, maybe i've only gone there twice...but that's too many times and i won't go back again! I recommend this place to all actors and actresses. I had to photoshop, print, and mail out 100 headshots the next day and this photo lab was the only place that was able to match the quality, unbelivable price, and even provide all my needs while I was waiting. This is hands-down, the best place ever!!! I had been looking for a place to print a large poster size pictures for my wedding ceremony / reception... This place had really GREAT QUALITY of pictures and competitive price over places like Kinko's! Also the quality of the service I received from Tony and Jennifer were very pleasant and friendly. I think they are the owners. Also found out that they have great deals for wedding albums. Those "rip-off" photographers charges literally thousands dollars for a single album... :( I think I will certainly try this place for my wedding album based what I have seen so far. read more

I needed about 200 4x6 and a few 8x10 prints in a hurry. Nowdays it's not easy to find a place that can print old fashioned pictures for a reasonable price. LAX Photo Lab is such a place. I gave them a CD and they produced good quality prints in about an hour. Highly recommend. read more
