The thing I like about her is she communicates very well and she thinks outside of the box. I can tell with the way she responded to my messages that she cares about my expectations and at the same time my budget. She gives important updates about the task and she responds promptly when asked. Among all the party planners I asked, she has the most detailed plan and lowest price quote. She made sure that we understand each other and that shows her interest to gain my trust and business. I am not creative nor artistic so I sometimes had to ask her opinions. She was on time on the day of the event and finished as planned. She had to bring in the backdrop using a dolly and it looked a little heavy and yet she was still smiling all the while. I am glad that I got to meet her and entrusted her with my party decoration needs. She deserves to have a 5 star review for her attitude, positivity and customer service. Thanks Nicole!

Whether it is birthday bouquets, Mother's Day gifts, or first day of school balloons, they work so hard to make every occasion special! They tried to reach me to pay with a different one, but couldn't because I was in meetings. They went ahead and made the bouquet and delivered it with no guarantee of payment, because they wanted to make sure my niece got her gift. Places like this are such a blessing!

There was a beautiful ranch style home that was upstairs and downstairs and had a few bedrooms throughout the home (I didn't get a chance to walk around and view all the rooms) but I did see a pool table at the top of the stairs which was opened to overlook the living room and dining room. The reception building was beautifully lit with more than enough room and table and chairs to seat a wedding of 100+ people. And it was air conditioned!!! So that was a huge plus!! The bathroom in the reception area was huge and had a small loveseat in it for any mothers who may need to breast feed in private. But there was only 1 bathroom in the reception hall so that was a bummer. The only other thing that would've been nice but wasn't a huge deal was the outdoor seating area. Because it was 90-100 degrees there was no shade for anyone unless you grabbed the seats closest to the trees! But all in all beautiful place to hold an event!

I hired her for my wedding after a few emails and phone calls. Being that I was 1300 miles away from OKC I was a little nervous. The day of our wedding Victoria showed up on time, dressed professionally and with all of her equipment. She was able to organize our big family and take amazing pictures of us all. She specializes in family portraits, but she did a fantastic job of photographing my wedding. We also did an engagement session with her and she was fantastic during that as well. Her pictures capture the real you. They capture not only people, but the emotions of the people in the picture. I was extremely lucky to find her and I plan to continue to travel 1300 miles to her or fly her out for all of my future special moments. She is the sweetest and just an overall great photographer. If you live in the Oklahoma Area and don't hire her you will be surely missing out on a fantastic experience.

She said she could do Thursday, which was like three days away. After agreeing I asked her to let me know the time and place. She told me to pay her first so she could get me booked. I wondered about this, but I did it anyways through Paypal. Stupidly. After she received my payment I didn't no hear back from her. So I tried contacting her through fb( this was how we talked at the beginning) with no luck. So I tried her personal fb. With no luck. I tried for the three days to get a hold of her and never heard from her. I found her phone number and called her over and over even sent text messages. Still nothing. Finally I asked my cousin if she knew what could be the problem and she said she wasn't sure, because she had been texting Victoria all morning. Well Thursday evening victoria sends me a message saying she is not at her computer so she can't contact me so I'll have to wait...... And two minutes later she calls me saying she had no service for days....which I knew not to be true because I seen her update her status on fb and so I commented on it like 5 seconds after she posted so how could she not see? She than tells me we're still on for our session which it was like 4:00 in the evening and I live an hour way from where she was. I told her I couldn't do it and I wanted to cancel and would like my money back. She than told me I couldn't do that and she would not be returning my money. I was beyond upset. After arguing for days she agreed to give back $50 of my payment! At that same time I contacted paypal and filed a claim against her. And this went on for almost two weeks. She would ignore my calls and texts and would hardly respond. She contacted paypal and told them nothing was wrong and she still offered to do my session! So paypal was no help. I waited for her to at least refund my $50 and I still have not received it nor have I heard from her. This was seven months ago. If I could give no stars I would. She was very unprofessional, rude, unkind and just plain dishonest. Who does that to their clients?

The room is large with a good size refrigerator and freezer as well as a small microwave. If you're looking for the ice bucket like I was, it's inside the freezer. There is also a small dining table with 2 chairs. Sofa for lounging, watching the large TV that is on a swival so you can watch from the couch or the bed. The reason I can't give this 5 stars, is because the cleaners could have done a better job. The fridge had gunk on the side, the tub had soap scum build up in the corners of the tub. The couple that stayed in the room next to me, I could hear them chatting all the way up until a little after 11pm. I did speak with the front desk upon my check out to provide them with this feedback and the woman said she would discuss with the cleaners. The rest of the room was clean. I always check the mattress for bugs before I get into it, and I thankfully did not see any. The sheets smelled as though they had been recently washed. If they can do a more thorough job of cleaning, then I'd be able to give a higher rating.

The bed was 'ok' but brick hard. and the sofa, well, it had a lighter in the cushions, which tells me that the cleaning crew...not so thorough, and the sheets seemed to be more suited for a queen bed than a king.
