The owner, Lindsay, is regularly on site, very detail oriented and cares immensely for her families, the parents and kids she cares for. She chooses great people to work for her and I always drop off my kids, confident they will have fun and be well taken care of. Give yourself a break and your kids a fun afternoon- take them to Bizi Kidz!

During early drop off bw (7-730am) the lobby and infant classrooms were absolutely empty. I would walk in and no staff member would be in sight. I would have to wait or search for someone before dropping off my child. HUGE security issue! They apparently gathered in another room to gossip or hangout instead of being present. I had several issues such as having to wait for staff members to appear and being aware of my child's day to day activity. Stephanies had a huge turnover rate with children, which in my opinion caused desperation in the census rate. Children were being moved to upper level class rooms before they were ready just to fill spaces for new admissions. I approached the assistant director (angela) with my concern. The following day during drop off I walked into the facility, undetected. No staff members were in sight. I unloaded daughter and patiently waited for someone to appear. I over heard the assistant director (angela) in another room talking complete trash about me concerning the conversation we had previosly with other staff members. I packed my daughter and walked out. No one had a clue I was there! As I approached my car, I saw a staff member enter the lobby finally. I buckled my child in and then stuck my head back in the front door to let her know I overheard the conversations and would not be doing business with them any longer. It sent a powerful message that an assistant director would disrespect a parent who was providing them with business. I would not recommend stephanies cdc. Needless to say, I have not heard from the director or owner since. No one reached out for an apology or to resolve the situation. I HIGHLY do not recommend this facility. They are not professional and do not follow the standards of most other daycares.

Did not help any with potty training our child, almost had him potty trained and we would drop him…read moreoff and they would put him in diapers. They claim it was due to lack of staff which tells you one thing they don't have enough staff go figure....playing rap music in the two and under room talking about having stripers on the table were the lyric. That's awesome for child development! Over all very disappointed our kid was there two weeks don't recommend it! Their meals were not that great either.

I am leaving this review because their admission process is the most horrible I have ever dealt…read morewith. I put my daughter on the waiting list at 3 months old in 2019. She was offered a spot a year later and gave us 24 hours to respond and because we were out of state on vacation and couldn't get her there for her "first day" they gave it to someone else. At least that time we received an email and a phone call. Then apparently in November 2020 they emailed about another spot for her but I never received a call and missed the 24 hours to respond to an email I dont check but weekly. It is now September 2021 and I called for an update on the waiting list and I was I formed by Shelby they removed my daughter from the waiting list because I didn't respond to the email within 24 hours. I Informed her that I never received a phone call and I missed the email and she told me that my daughter was removed from the wait list and now she has to start all the way at the end of the list with 83 children ahead of her! We are commuting 40 minutes to and from daycare everyday waiting for an opening and my daughter was removed from the list because of their failure to do their job.
