Her…read morecommunication was incredibly inadequate; I'm a small business owner and she didn't ask standard questions in our initial meeting for which she needed accurate answers in order to file correctly. She almost cost me $500 in fees because she told me I needed to file a 1099 that I didn't actually need to file. The only reason I avoided that happening was because I spent my own time researching tax law so I could teach her what she should have already known. She did the same to my business partner as well and he's still dealing with the problems she caused through her own inadequate communication. I wish I had stayed with my previous CPA and paid more for someone to do a decent job instead of the disaster of dealing with Bean Counter Tammy.

In actuality, there was an error but it was identified promptly and fixed. Since then, Ed has helped me immensely getting my parents taxes completed. Both my parents passed away close together and I've had a difficult time settling their estate. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Ed and his team at Oroville Tax. They were able to pull my parents prior taxes and help me understand where I needed to go to get missing documents. Ed helped me to also understand what I need to do to close out their trust and other aspects of the estate. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Ed at Oroville Tax!

As for myself, I had to call this evening at 5:54 to request a document, and it was emailed within minutes. If you look at today's date, I think that alone is proof of Ed's superior customer service. And patience. And organization. I would like to say thanks to Ed and his team at Oroville Tax Service and to give them my highest recommendation!
