Found Neighborhood Pest Control offering new practices in deterents and less toxic and far more effective remedies, as well as treatments that were less disruptive to daily life--AND costing a bit less. Both owner and staff are invariably cordial and helpful, scheduling to our convenience around hours and events. They provide quiet, unintrusive quarterly treatments with mouse deterents and contained boxes, and interior wall treatment for bugs, as well as sweeping down spiderwebs and checking for damp areas needing attention. Within a week of their first treatment there were no more upside down dead bugs scattered in around the floors. No more more mice droppings or bloody mouse bodies in the broom closets. The quick effectiveness of their less toxic treatments has been marvelous and astonishing! They provide more than "control," they provide site maintenance enhancement. Yes, THE BEST! Now we are finding out that this was not the case and that not only does she still have a horrible rat problem, but she apparently owes upwards of 30K with the interest. Avoid these people at all costs. You can't get anyone in the state on the phone and apparently nobody works in their local office during normal business hours. I am quite sure I know why that is now.
