I trusted the dentists' medical opinion, which was to fix with cap. Without thinking about it, I allowed and paid the dentist to fix my tooth. He sanded down the whole molar and put a cap on it. The tooth now is sensitive to cold water, hot water, and hurts when I chew on it. I had no issues with sensitivity before he operated on the tooth.
