We saw this company working to remove trees at a neighbours, and they worked very tidily and professionally. I asked the to remove 2 of our trees, and they were, once again, very professional. they looked at the job first, checked we had any necessary council permissions to proceed, and they came and took down 2 trees, and took them away, all very efficient. I then contacted them again, to clear some borders, and high-growing ivy and remove some tall plants. We arranged a time over the phone, my husband stayed at home specifically for the appointment, and they never turned up. I texted them, and they said some unforeseen delays meant they hadn't been able to come, and they asked for a couple of dates that would be ok for us. I texted back some dates, and never heard from them again. Such a shame, when they did such a good job originally. read more
