I emailed the owner explaining how disappointed I was in him for taking my money and not providing the service. He ignored me and I never heard back and he never refunded any of my "stolen" money. I definitely do not recommend this "company".

I was not home at this time and understood that it may be more. I got an updated bill after the service had been there less than 2 hours. However, when I got home I was so upset because minimal to no work had been done. I immediately called the owner with pictures where he agreed that his people did not do their job. He did offer to send his workers back 6 days later. I was no longer comfortable having his company at my house. He demanded I pay even though he agreed in writing to the poor job. I am writing this review to encourage you not to use this company or at least be home to make sure they job. Please look at other lawn services as there are so many.

For the monthly price we paid for our very small yard, we were consistently disappointed. They know how to cut grass, but pulling weeds and trimming shrubs required us to call them back to complete the jobs correctly. In fact, on one recent occasion they pulled up all of our wildflowers thinking they were weeds and despite contacting owner, they never made it right. After a recent service, Josh reached out and informed us that he would no longer service our yard and accusing us of cursing his employees. This is a complete falsehood. I've given him every opportunity to do us right, but so far, he has not. And now he is ignoring our calls. First, he gave us a quote for $1000 to trim all the shrubs and bushes in our yard. He never finished the job; Not even half of it. Secondly, when he gave us the quote for the job, he said he would gladly take a personal check upon completion of job. On the day he was to start he said he could not take a check. After some haggling, he agreed to accept a personal check. Thirdly, when he gave us the quote for the job, he said he would accept full payment upon completion of the job. Then, on the first day of actual work, he wanted half upfront. Fourthly, he promised to be at our house on a certain day, at a certain time, to commence work. He never showed up, and he never called to advise he had problems. I called him that afternoon and got ahold of him. He said he had truck problems and couldn't make it. He said he was too busy trying to take care of his truck to let me know he wasn't going to live up to his agreement with me. Fifthly, he initially promised to have the job done in one day. After two days, the job was less than half done and he wanted to back out of the job completely. After his poor performance, I gladly agreed. Sixthly, when we terminated the verbal contract, he had finished less than half the job but received half the payment. We negotiated an equitable payment for what work he did complete and he was to refund me some of the money I had paid him on day one. He has not given me that refund and now he won't return my calls.
