They trim trees beautifully (even the really tall ones), remove dead ones, grind stumps, bring a wood chipper, and haul off the rest. They stay busy, but always do their best to help if there's an emergency.

We had good experience with Fenix until today. I had called a few weeks ago to ask them to let us…read moreknow the day before they were coming so we would keep our dog inside. Since the weather is getting nicer we prefer to let her stay outside while we are at work instead of in her kennel. Well today they showed up and didn't let us know. My husband text the guy when he saw that they had arrived on our ring and told them to not spray today and to come back on Friday. Well, they went into our backyard anyway and started spraying. We also have a ring in our backyard so I saw them. Our dog was freaking out. Thankfully she is very sweet and would never attack anyone but she was barking at them because they were strangers. We have cancelled our services with them and will never recommend them to anyone else. Thank god our dog didn't t get out of the gate or worse, bit one of the workers. And to top it off, when my husband called the owner she didn't apologize at all and acted like it wasn't a big deal. When a customer asks for you to let them know when you're coming that should be respected and even more so, when a customer asks you to NOT go in the backyard that should absolutely not be ignored.

These gentleman did a great job and their boss is actively engaged on the job…read more I have been looking for a reasonable hopefully inexpensive lawn care company and noticed that the majority the companies in Oklahoma are fairly expensive. ( probably because it freezes so much ) Im a new homeowner and have been graciously trying my best to upkeep my home. However I don't have all the skills I need yet. I received two quotes by other companies and was flabbergasted. I decided to just go ask someone who was receiving lawn care near my neighborhood. These guys were working on a weekend when I was home so I was very much surprised and happy to see that. I asked for a quote and a card. The young gentleman said I could call his boss who was actively working in the neighbors backyard at the time and just leave him a message. The boss called me back that same day in about an hour and asked when would be a good day and time to give me a quote. I explained what I wanted to do. He then explained EVERY thing the front lawn was needing and WHAT I WAS ABLE TO DO MYSELF ( because apparently I have some special little brushes that need hand trimming ) He taught me how to hand trim them if I wanted to do the work myself. The boss was great. He even knew the name of the grass the neighbors had vs mine. I was impressed with the work and the quality. Very nice group. I'm a woman and often feel that I get taken advantage of when it comes to all things "manly". This company was very respectful. Treated me very well, explained everything to me. I hired and I paid them the day they did the job. They offered to arrive and do the work when I was home so that I could oversee the quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

My husband found Richard's listing on yelp as we were looking for someone to help us with our yard…read more We just moved in to our new home not too long ago and needed some help. He was quick to respond to my call (and text). He made the process very easy! We scheduled for him to come check out our yard the following day and he had great suggestions right off the bat. You can tell he's extremely knowledgeable just with the consultation. Him and his team came back the next day and did an amazing job with cleaning up our front and backyard making it look brand new again. After the initial clean up was done, he offered to check on our sprinklers since he noticed that there are some areas where the sprinklers didn't seem to reach. As we were checking them out, he knew exactly what needed to be done so we can fix the issues. He came back with a sprinkler specialist the same weekend so they can assess what we need in order to improve our sprinkler system. They did a full sweep of our property, pointed out issues, all while providing us solutions and next steps which was impressive and gave us a peace of mind! From the consultation all the way down to the service, Richard has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! We're very excited to have found him and we can't wait for him to help us improve the yard in our brand new home. If you're looking for someone dependable that knows the ins and outs of yard care, we highly recommend Richard's Lawn Service. Thanks so much, Richard! Can't wait to see how everything's going to look.
