I had Nashscapes do an install a few weeks ago. The owner, Maggie, put together a design for me…read morethat I love. She has a great eye and paid attention to my feedback and used it to create something I love looking at everyday when I get home from work. I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be. I highly suggest you try Nashscapes if you're looking to make your yard more attractive. They also offer maintenance and lawn service.

I noticed that lately the quality…read moreof work has been poor...yet agreed to an increase in monthly service....then went into hospital for 16 days and when I returned found he had done NOTHING since I left and there were no phone calls as to why. I called Roel and got his answer machine and left message to let me know what is going on. No response. I called again, and ask if he was no longer going to mow my yard, to please give me the courtesy of a call to let me know, so I can hire someone else. No response. I had no problem getting in touch with him via a call before. He continues to cut in the neighborhood, so I know nothing happened to him...I am left to believe and it's my opinion that my yard was more work than he wanted to do anymore even at his increased price. However, he should have had the courtesy to let me know. He left me high and dry! In my estimation, this is very unprofessional. The link to website is incorrect. They have no website.

Would definitely recommend Payton if you're looking for someone who communicates well, shows up, and does quality work.
