The only carvery left near central London drive a40 take greenford exit then 3 rd exit on…read moreroundabout. drive straight then first left at lights. excellent 6 different bars on eoutdorrs, car park, carvery seprate restaurant. you have a choice of carvery or ala carte menu. many varieties fish and chips, steak and potatoes. various main salads, seabass. the main attraction is a daily roast between 12am an 2130. all meat is freshly carved and you may have as many veggies as you like. you can also ask for a mix of turkey, beed gammon. you can go up as much as you like for vehhies though. nice to watch a match or have a drink after in one of the bars.

If you go for Sunday lunch the whole place seems to be full of families so you don't feel conscious of having noisy kids - perhaps best to avoid if you don't like that kind of thing and want a quiet meal though! The food is normal pub food standard, nothing amazing but fairly good quality. There is also the 'Wacky Warehouse' next store (part of the pub) which is an indoor soft play area for children. It serves coffee/tea and biscuits and juice for the kids - free during the week - and has papers/magazines for parents to read whilst the kids play. Can get VERY busy during school holidays though! Is clean and safe. Next to the Ballot Box is the Horsenden Hill which has a nice view from the top. Car parking available.

Got here on a Sunday at 4pm and someone inside told us to come back at 430pm although hours say…read more4pm. At 420pm a man named Ramsey came in and looked surprised we were not seated so before even getting settled himself he seated us and gave us menus. Aside from that everything else was great. We ordered the Paneer Dry and the Lamb Chops with Garlic Naan. Food was delicious. For drinks we started with a couple beers and then went for a Long Island Ice Tea and Mojito. These were amazing drinks. One man came up to us and explained the LIT would be a bit longer because the person who makes bar drinks was still coming in and he wanted to make sure I got a good drink rather then just making it himself so that was nice of him. The hookah was real good too. We got two heads one was something Ramsey recommended with Skittles and the second was a Mango/Orange head. Both great. For the service, I can say this is one of the best places. From walking in to walking out Ramsey was a great server/host. He asked multiple times if we were okay and always came by to fix the hookah. He always had a smile on his face which made the vibe even better. Also played great music for us. We stayed for almost 3 hours. Overall the experience was great and will be coming back when back in London. Thanks Ramsey and team for a great experience!
