Went on a Friday night in July and was nervous it would be crowded but no one else was there. They had two large washers and a few small ones. The small one held way more than I anticipated, about a weeks worth of clothes. The dryer was efficient and large. So easy to use. The machines take coins only but there was a change machine there that would change up to a 20 Euro bill for coins.

Sufficient little laundromat to get your long vacation laundry done while in Venice. Open 6:30am to…read more10pm, per the sign on the door. They have two large washers for €10 per load and 5 small washers for €6 per load. As other reviews mention, the change machine takes 20€, 10€, and 5€ bills as well as 2€ coins to give you 1€ coins. Even the small washer still fit a week's worth of shirts and undergarments for two people. The washer takes 32 minutes, prices for dryers are in the attached photo, and there are 4 nice big dryers with plenty of space for a very large load. Nice front loading washers and dryers. Washers lock while in use, although they have an emergency stop button. I'd still feel safe leaving my clothes in the wash and leaving the laundromat. I went on a Friday afternoon around 3 in September and there was only one other person at first, then about 6 more came during the time I was there. I recommend bringing bags or an empty luggage (not wheeled, it's not easy to drag through the alleys) to carry back your clean folded clothes with you, as they do not have bags provided which is okay. Detergent for sale but I brought my own. It's 1€ for detergent and 1€ for fabric softener. A couple small tables for folding. Everything is easy to read and understand, and they have an instructions sign in English as well. I was able to finish my laundry in about an hour without struggle, as a person who not only isn't from this country but also hasn't used a laundromat before. Great option for getting your clothes clean during your vacation abroad.

Ours broke the moment we arrived, and this spot quite literally saved our trip. Tucked into a quiet street not far from Piazzale Roma and conveniently within walking distance of our place, this self-serve laundromat is small but mighty. It has 4 small washing machines, 2 large ones, and 4 dryers. It can fill up quickly, but both times I visited (mid-afternoon), I snagged a machine without any wait. It's a bit pricey--€8 for a small wash and €10 for a large--hence 4 stars instead of 5, but you're paying for convenience in a city where laundry options are limited. Washing cycles are quick (~40 minutes), and my clothes came out looking and smelling great. I didn't use the dryers (sun-drying FTW!), but they're there if you need them. The machines are easy to use and don't require any special cards. You pay with cash--€5, €10, or €20 bills accepted--and the payment kiosk gives change. Just load your laundry, select your cycle, pay, punch in the machine number, and press "start." They also sell detergent on-site if you need it. Best bonus: the laundromat is right next to a bar called Punto G, which is owned by the same folks. If you run into any issues with the machines, just ask the bartender--super helpful. And honestly, sipping a Spritz while your clothes spin next door? That's peak Venetian multitasking. Hours: Open daily from 7:30am-10:30pm (last wash at 9:30pm, last dry at 10pm). Tip: Try to go during off-peak hours for the best chance at snagging a free machine.
