They have a good sale team, but most important a good "after sale" team.

I was forced to pick up the car during the week, even though I had clearly stated in advance that I couldn't do so until the weekend. As a result, it was dark when I took possession of the vehicle, and I didn't notice a crack on the windshield at that time. I only saw it the next day. Since then, I tried contacting them several times, but despite my calls and messages over several weeks, I received very few responses. On top of that, they dishonestly included an accident insurance that I had expressly refused during the negotiation, and I had to cancel it myself. To top it off, their attitude was disrespectful and evasive, always trying to avoid taking responsibility. I ultimately had to dispute the $300 deposit through my credit card to get any form of resolution. I absolutely do not recommend Automobile en Direct. If you don't want to waste your time and mental health, stay away!

After agreeing upon a deal not once but twice, they changed the deal and flat out lied about what their offer included. To top it off after the second time they came to an agreement on pric, features and terms, they strung him along for 2 week: Not answering calls, blaming each other for delays and even blaming their computer system. Finally when my husband got a hold of the salesman, he said he could no longer offer the deal and increased the price by $50 a month. That was the last straw. The only positive thing I would say about this dealership is that they gave my husband his deposit back. Extremely unprofessional. This team is what gives car salesmen a bad reputation.

I was treated very well every time I come back here for general maintenance. No issues with the car so far. A few issues however. After sales guy doesn't know exactly what he's talking about. In note, he told me about an feature that was supposedly optional but it really wasn't and I kept getting warnings within my car's dashboard. Several other told me it's not really optional unless I want those warning all winter long. No thanks. Went in and make a case of this. Sales rep understood. This was handled very well afterwards and taken care of. The line-ups to bring in your car for garage maintenance can be pretty long especially if you get there at 7 AM. Last week, I waited nearly 20 minutes outside to drive in and another 15 to give the keys to my car. If this can be improved somehow it can be great. However, the shuttle service is fast and efficient. Follow-ups are done very well by text/emails. It's easy to book appointments online and are followed up upon as they should. Solid experience in my book. Screw GM.
