He worked with us on various occasions to make sure we were taken care of. For example I had accidentally shorted all the power in my apartment at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. I called the landlord and he was there within 10 minutes to help me get my power back on. He was very kind and helpful instead of scolding me because he is very underastanding and knows things happen! Also, when we first moved in the first time we ran the dishwasher it was leaking (not everything will be perfect right at first and everyone should understand that) I called the landlord and he got someone over at a convient hour to fix the problem! He is always willing to help as long as you can work with him! Its a two way street with everything! He always went out of his way to try and please everyone, and I'm sure everyone knows that isn't easy! The apartments themselves were great quality in my opinion! The location was very nice and the price of the rent is reasonable compared to other places i had looked at that were half the quality! Also, the landlord was very good about getting my full deposit back. Of course their were some simple repairs that needed taken care of but compared to places I've lived in the past he actually wants to get your deposit back! They are not out to get every dime you have! I would definitely recommend these aprtments!! They were an amazing place to live!!

If there is ANYTHING that needs looked at or fixed there on it within a day. :) The past reviews made me hesitant at first, but I decided to give em a try and I'm incredibly happy I did. It's amazing! As a person who is hesitant about apartments, rentals and landlords, I can safely say.... This place gets a 5/5 without a second thought. I never hear the neighbors. It truly feels like your own place. :) If your looking for a place and decided against this place because of previous reviews. I can say, where I live, none of the previous reviews are an issue. The carpet was in terrible condition. We took pictures and asked to have it cleaned. Was told it was clean and sanitized. Look at the pictures and you be the judge. When moving out, was taken for entire deposit. Had to resend them the emails and pictures from move-in to get some of it back. We left the apartment better than we found it. They refused to give back cleaning the carpet charge, and told me they thought it was ok and kept the carpet.... Slum Lords....

They will save all written communication to use against you and have specifically included a clause in your contract which voids verbal agreements. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT believe anything that is said in person. Be sure to put your reviews/complaints of their business on Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/us/id/twin-falls/profile/apartments/campus-park-housing-1296-1000015389 and report them to the Attorney General's office so your complaints are official public record rather than just a yelp review. They used non-binding verbal agreements to mislead me into thinking a towing issue would be resolved. They told me one thing in person and behind my back did the exact opposite. Pure bait and switch. By the end of it, they scammed me out of over 600$ and because of the way they worded things I had no legal recourse. Highly suggest choosing another less greedy place. Dark, crappy, depressing apartments. Great pool and hot tub though. Nickle and dime you with clean checks, which should be a one time occurrence on move-out. There is no lenience on late 30 day move out notice, they will demand the extra month's rent in full. And if they do you like they did me, they will try and delay you from filing to make sure they get that extra month's rent.

Management (Sam) does not follow through and then accuses you of being the reason she didn't do her job. You cannot have your own Internet. I was a resident for a long period of time and I already had a different provider and was told I would have to buy their Internet instead and cancel my contract with the Internet provider. When it is still warm the maintenance staff disconnects your air conditioner from the outside with no warning and locks up the box with a zip tie. They decide when it gets cut off and you can have air conditioning again and this is usually when it's still hot. The excuse is open a window but I lived on the bottom floor and there were incidences where people broke through the windows while it was open so I chose not to have my window open. If anyone in the complex makes a mistake prepare to be threatened and told off about it as if everyone made the mistake. My carpets were never cleaned as promised in the lease and the lease agreements were not upheld. The whole floor in the kitchen was lifting and I was told it was a construction error when they were built i was told to just put some socks on or live with the floor catching my toes, Because they don't replace anything until you move out. I went without heat all winter and was given space heaters and told there was nothing wrong with the heat. It turned out that the maintenance man had connected the thermostat wrong, so I went all winter without heat and was told there wasn't a problem, that I was the problem. I left the apartment move in ready and very clean. I have not received my deposit back. I have talked to several residents that lived there in the past and they never received deposits back either when they left the unit clean and undamaged.

Let me tell you these apartments are super spacious Definitely Storage friendly . Each unit does come with a Garage the parking is uncovered so FCFS type of deal no parking spaces are reserved so if someone tells you that they are 1000% Lying . Amber is the Property Manger I would recommend emailing her she does answer faster that way . Tim is maintenance and they are amazing I have been living here for 3 months and I have no complaints. This is a quiet area . It does have W&D hook ups full size but they also provide washer and dryers on the property . This complex is a income base property but also a regular complex . So anyone can rent here . They are very strict when it comes to Visitors so really take that into consideration when looking here meaning you can not have a visitor over for 14 consecutive days within a 6 month period or you in violation of lease agreement. Some of the older ladies are super nosy when moving in I had two ladies look into my uhaul box's and was looking around like it was theirs . Upon moving in Amber did say a lot of people here do tattletale so just be aware. Other than that this community is very nice very quiet . Ohh one more thing no microwave

This is the worst management company we have ever dealt with. In the 18 months we had our home…read moreunder their care, it was trashed by the renters leaving us with over $14000 of repair to move back in. Our efforts to have the company or the renters help us get either back rent or some help with the repairs were met with "we did our job, sorry" and then they ghosted us. They are either totally dishonest or totally incompetent but either way, do not trust them and find someone else to watch out for your property before you leave your home. We put our trust in them and came home to a disaster that has taken us months to repair, both physically and emotionally. Do not call them for anything. Since a star is required they get one but deserve none.
