We arrived there only to be told that they are not doing the $50 one day pass and you will be charged $75, no debate about that, then we asked where are the scheduled events? we were told they are over here and pointed at a map, we said could we have one of these maps, answer was no,"we only have this one but you can take a picture of it". OK, we asked where are the areas to watch the events? was told " there really isn't any areas left to watch as they are already taken". OKAY, let's just go to our site. "there is someone in your site, we will have to move you". GOOD GRIEF.... Well we are here let's go make the best of it. In retrospect, I wish we would have left. I do not write reviews when something is merely uncomfortable as I don't think it is fair. That being said, not a very good experience all the way around. Sorry to say our friends (who had paid for a $50 site with water and electricity and sewer, did not have water or sewer and was told to use shower house) and ourselves will never be back. feeling like a money grab to all of us. There is so much I can say good about this park and nothing bad at all. I have been staying here…read morefor over a year now and the owner is continuously making improvements to the park. A new pond has just been added, trees have been planted and if you ever have a problem the owner is one call away and is on top of it. It is quiet here and have not heard a party or anyone being unruly. The roads are solid and wide, the laundry room is always clean and warm.... I have not used the restrooms but they appear to be upkept like everything else here. The park is located close enough to town to get what you need yet far enough away that you don't feel the presence of town. If you are working in the area I highly recommend this park. Water and power are reliable and takes the worry out of staying at an rv park like I've had at other locations.

I was at Julia's LakeHouse this week for a reunion. I fell in love with the house and the area. The…read morehouse is beautiful, clean, and safe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a meal. And there was a grill outside that I used. We ate outside at the table and it was so peaceful and relaxing. I used the paddle board for the first time there and it was so much fun. We swam after that and had a great time. We went to the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista. It is a unique outside Chapel. A must see. We drove to Branson, Missouri and ate at the Keeter Center which is part of the College of the Ozarks. The food is phenomenal and reasonable priced. We liked the lunch so much we went back later for dessert!! We also went to a show at Sight and Sound Theater. Lots to do!! I would highly recommend staying here. I have never felt so relaxed. It felt like a dream home.

There are two huge pavilions with tables, which were nice since the day we came it was raining on and off. There is a huge, well more like super huge, playground for all ages. Next to the playground is a water park/splash park. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There is parking right next to the play areas, and then across from the parking lot are fields for more activities. We did not go over there, but it looked very nice and big.
