A new pond has just been added, trees have been planted and if you ever have a problem the owner is one call away and is on top of it. It is quiet here and have not heard a party or anyone being unruly. The roads are solid and wide, the laundry room is always clean and warm.... I have not used the restrooms but they appear to be upkept like everything else here. The park is located close enough to town to get what you need yet far enough away that you don't feel the presence of town. If you are working in the area I highly recommend this park. Water and power are reliable and takes the worry out of staying at an rv park like I've had at other locations.

It also has 2 dog park sections. A baseball/softball field, a large pavilion with tables and benches, as well as a large barbecue grill. There's also a walkway that leads to the top of the dam, overlooking the lake which is gorgeous, especially during sunset. There are also men and women's restrooms that are always clean. You can also reserve any sections of the park or pavilion for any special events you may have by contacting the city.

And there was a grill outside that I used. We ate outside at the table and it was so peaceful and relaxing. I used the paddle board for the first time there and it was so much fun. We swam after that and had a great time. We went to the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista. It is a unique outside Chapel. A must see. We drove to Branson, Missouri and ate at the Keeter Center which is part of the College of the Ozarks. The food is phenomenal and reasonable priced. We liked the lunch so much we went back later for dessert!! We also went to a show at Sight and Sound Theater. Lots to do!! I would highly recommend staying here. I have never felt so relaxed. It felt like a dream home.

They have an actual weight section of the gym, but I have not used that nor have I used the lockers. The upstairs "kid's section" is fun. I put the kid's section in quotations because some of those walls are difficult! There are options for all ranges of climbers, even the most experienced climbers. There is a bouldering section. Each path is clearly outlined with the difficulty marked. Every time I leave Climb Bentonville, my limbs feel like noodles. It gives such a good workout! Overall, this is a great place to take kids, go with friends, or go alone to get a great workout.
