I arrived 30 minute earlier because I wasn't sre about where the place or what the parking situation was. But...there was nothing to worry about at all! Safe parking area, etc! Once I stepped into a place, a staff greeted me with water. I waited a bit and once I was there, I already felt a little relief from the peacefulness there. I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. Honestly, with all the hot towels, warm pillows, hot stones, and all the massages all over, I felt on cloud 9. During your session they assess your skin and let you know what they are doing and using. It's so calming that I often find myself falling asleep by the end of it. They have private tubs you can reserve for an hour if that's more the vibe you are feeling, but you can also use the hot tub before or after your appointment to soak which is so relaxing. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer.
