A principal reduction to our mortgage was mysteriously paid on 25 March 2019 for the exact amount as the VA funding fee overcharge. As per DTPA the lawyer fees, court cost and damages still have to be paid. The lawsuit continues.

It was a simple question about how to code the Schedule D form. All she would say us how busy she was and to make an appointment after the tax due date.
