Greg was extremely flexible with a difficult schedule, and took the time to show us a number of different neighborhoods that could work for us. He was always very honest about both the current and future value of each house we looked at. He even showed us some houses that didn't work so we could figure out what we truly wanted in a house. Whether via phone, email, or in person, he was easy to get in touch with any time of the week. When we finally found a house we loved, he helped us get a great deal, and walked us through every step up through closing. He made a complicated process relatively simple for us, and we highly recommend him to anybody in the Manhattan area. If you are a soldier and need a house, go see Greg!

For both of these transactions I was 1500 miles away in California. I placed my trust in Greg and never regretted it. Greg is very professional and knowledgable. He made both transactions go very smoothly. He kindly took care of more details for me than perhaps would have been necessary for a local client. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in guiding me through the process. I recommend Greg to anyone who is purchasing or selling a home with the highest level of enthusiasm.

Where should I begin? How about the overall experience. It was perfect. When I say perfect I…read morereally mean PERFECT! For security reasons I won't name our agent. I tend to be more nervous about these kinds of transactions than my spouse, but our agent was so outstanding that the process was smooth from start to finish. We received outstanding advice throughout! Even when a last-minute emergency (but of course it would right?!?) got in the way our agent said she would handle it and that she did! We had a holiday weekend in between said emergency and closing and the agent fixed everything. I don't buy/sell houses every day, but if I have a request for a recommendation I will recommend this business. Every.single.time! This sale SEEMED to be on auto pilot and that is all due to the agent, title company. Terrific job by all.

And he left without doing anything. They also cannot take rent online, which is inconvenient.
