I hate to review this so lowly. But, this operation does not have its business model set. They picked up laundry from my hotel. They did not give a claim tag nor acceptance receipt. The next day we did not receive our laundry and the phone rings with no one answering. The day after next, the laundry was delivered and I was quoted for 8.3 kilograms which did not seem possible. When I inquired, they said that was the weight. Then, in the late evening, I was contacted by my hotel manager that the laundry service switched one of my bags with another client at another hotel and that they were flying back that evening. I was not at the property and had to waste 30 minutes video chatting with the hotel manager to sort out what was mine and what wasn't. I had about 10 pieces that were not washed. There was blonde hair (I am a brunette) and specks of skin. Most of the clothes were half-folded and inside and out. We have done laundry in other countries and for 60 dollars this was the worst and most unreliable service we ever received. This company needs to figure out how to give receipts, have a WhatsApp contact for clients and need to have some recourse with customer service. read more
