It's not the biggest hospital, but it's not super busy either. That can be a good thing. The outpatient section doesn't open until 6:00am. The staff have been nice and helpful. It appears to be clean and well maintained. The quality of care has been good. The hospital rooms are okay sized (not super big, but private), and have attached private bathrooms. The first time the bathroom was very large (unnecessarily large actually), while the second time it was pretty small with just a toilet (sink was in the patient room, which is kind of awkward). The rooms themselves really only have enough room for one visitor to sit. Each room has a TV. The hospital has a women's health unit, several operating rooms, many pre-op/care rooms, an imaging unit, a cafe and more. The cafe was decently sized with good food for a hospital and fairly cheap.

Over the years I have been to many urgent cares, those that handle non insured people maters have…read morealways been great, but those that do employee screening and other business related service tend to be on the low end in quality of service. Employees tend not to care and so. My first experience was with one of this clinics employees who over heard a conversation I was having. I need a job related exam and I was having a difficult time finding a place in the area who could get me in right away. The employee told me where this place was located, she was very nice and even told her coworkers about me. I showed up the next day, they knew why I was there and go me in right away. Everyone was very nice, professional in their jobs, you could tell that the people there cares about their jobs and their patients. The doctor was very personable...I know it's North Eastern TN and everyone is a "sweetheart"...and yet there are people in the area that are not. Great Job Health Express Urgent Care of Greeneville!
