The John Laudenberger dental experience is exactly what I treasure. The waiting room is clean and homey (with an array of pristine magazines). His small team are soft-spoken and welcoming. With several decades of solid service, his experiential skills are unquestionable. I never have concerns that he's "upselling" me on services I don't seek. He explains things well and gives sound advice. Sitting in his chair is a unique experience, facing a window overlooking a lovely yard with a view of nature and wildlife. It's a HUMAN and comforting experience. When you call, you speak to an engaged, knowledgeable person. Appointments are easy, records are available, care is sincere. I never feel rushed, pressured, dismissed or unreasonably charged. You always deal with his staff and never a third party interloper, bombarding you with annoying spam. 6-stars! read more
