Obviously she was not given a lot of time to both create and then deliver this request ... She came through beautifully.The floral stand was impressive and thoughtful . To complicate things even further, my wife's office closes early on Friday so I needed my delivery to take place before noon. Well the florist was very upfront and told me that she couldn't guarantee a noon delivery due to the number of deliveries that were already scheduled but she would do her best to deliver by 2. I agreed and left hoping that it would make it there before the office closed. Well imagine my surprise when my wife text before 10 thanking me for her beautiful roses! Professionalism- Even though the floral arrangement was a last-minute request, in addition to being an arrangement that the staff was not familiar with, after seeing an example of it on "Google' they determined that it was not only possible to create but they would also deliver it the same day. It was delivered in approximately 3 hours before the viewing time had ended. It was a beautiful arrangement. At a time like this, any situation that is able to be taken care of smoothly is greatly appreciated. Lisa and Vanessa made a stressful situation bearable, manageable and affordable. They stated they could not do a standing spray for the price that was listed on their website, but they could do a flower basket. They claim they do not set the prices on their website. I told them that I should get what I paid for on the website and they said they could not do it for that price. So being that I needed that floral arrangement at the funeral service later that day, I had already paid, I went ahead with the flower basket.
