I was approached by Drew at Latona's about selling my web-based business and I was immediately skeptical but curiously interested in what he could do for me. I've had a not-so successful past with brokerage firms trying to sell my business. Plus, I placed an ad on BizBuySell.com that returned cold leads and no results. I was even more skeptical with Latona's 15% rate for selling my business. Most brokers charge only 10%, but based on my history...their work was only worth 2%, in my opinion. So I figured I would jump in and test the waters. When Drew and his team took me on as a client, I was impressed by their step-by-step process; I recognized they knew what they were doing. The initial questionnaire made me really think in-depth about my business and the "why" behind selling it. This helped me understand what was expected of me and what I should expect from Latona's. After that, I was asked to host a webinar to "show off" the business and its history. Not even a month after my initial contact with Drew, I had a buyer lined up and I was negotiating a buyout deal. The difference between Latona's and all the "10% brokerage firms" was day and night. It's 15% for a reason; they make things happen efficiently and with purpose. I will be happily recommending others to use Latona's and hope to be doing more business with them in the future. read more

I recently purchased a website brokered by Adam Beebe. Email contact was always swift, at any moment of the day, as well as in the weekends. I've got nothing bad to say about Adam. One thing that surprised me though was the lack of processes put in place by Latona's. In particular transfer of website files, domains, and accounts related to the business. This was the first time purchasing a website like this, but I assumed that's what a brokers for. The seller and I had to do this all by ourselves, which makes me wonder what the benefit of working with a brokerage firm is... They basically just sent emails back and forth between buyer and seller. If I was the seller it might have been a different story though, and I do realise brokers mainly work for the sellers benefit, which is fair enough. read more

I was approached several months ago about selling my website, which I'd been thinking about doing anyway. The broker, Ryan Lane, was very informative throughout the process (I hadn't sold a site before), and he walked me through every step of the way. Great guy. Although the sale didn't net me the price I'd originally hoped for, it was still a pleasing outcome. The only thing I say could use improvement is insight into what, exactly is being done on the marketing front. The site sold in three months or so, but it would've been nice to know more about what was going on during that time other than price drops. Still, I'd use Latona's again, including the specific broker I worked with, Ryan. read more

I wanted to extend my appreciation of my recent experience with the way Adam Beebe from Latonas represented the sale of my online property. The communication he provided on each prospect was excellent and it did not stop after signing of the sales agreement; he kept me posted till the wire transfer was deposited in my bank account. I believe without his expertise, his networking skills and positive no nonsense attitude I would have had a harder time selling my property. Thank you for a job well done. In the future when I need further representation I will be in contact. read more

I have sold two sites with Latona's, both times with the wonderful broker Adam Beebe! The one BIG reason I chose Latona's over their competition is that you actually talk with a human being and can discuss everything with them, live! Anyway, I have to say their buying and selling process is smooth and completely straightforward without any headaches. For both transactions, I've been the seller and the experience of actually letting know people about your business is great, even more, when you are working with Adam! My next business will be sold with Latona's! :) read more

I recently completed my second acquisition through Latonas and once again it was a positive experience. Adam Beebe was the broker for the first acquisition and co-brokered the second one with Chip Bauerle. In both cases Latonas accurately represented the businesses and were available at all times of day an night to keep the things moving forward - important when buyer and seller are in very different timezones as was the case with both of my acquisitions. I wouldn't hesitate to go through Latonas again for future acquisitions. read more

Latona's is a true class act. This was my first time selling a website and Amazon store and Ryan Lane is a true professional. He brought great qualified buyers and helped me through every aspect of selling a process. The whole process went very smooth and the final transaction was easier than buying a car. If you want a broker that will sell your business for the most amount of money in the shortest time Ryan is your man. I highly recommend Ryan and Latona's. I will definitely be back to sell others read more

From a buyer's perspective, my experience with Latona's was excellent. My broker, Adam Beebe, made sure the entire process went smoothly. He was quick to respond to questions and offered his time and services to meet my schedule. On many of the listings they offer an "Open House" video where the seller is interviewed about the many aspects of their business. I found this to be extremely helpful in making my decision. I will certainly consider buying (and selling) from Latona's again. read more

Latona's did an outstanding job of selling my software as a service property. I worked closely with Adam Beebe through the whole process. He helped me find a buyer for the property within weeks, and I got more than I was expecting thanks to his advice and expertise. They were professional, communicated well throughout the whole process, weren't pushy, went over and above what I expected of them, offered great support and advice the whole way through. Would definitely use them again. read more

During our transactions with Ryan Lane at Latonas we found an advocate in helping us manage seller expectations and negotiate a fair price based on deal facts. He also created an open collaborative environment for sellers and us to communicate freely to resolve questions and concerns. He was patient and gave us the time to complete our due diligence in the purchase transactions. Ryan was the first to own any gaps in the process and helped us close the deal to our satisfaction. read more

This company bought out my website domain. This was a not-for-profit website designed to educate people about the dangers of kitesurfing. It was probably the clearest and most useful resource of its kind. They are not using the domain and refused to return it to me. They are therefore blocking information that could help keep people alive. Highly highly immoral and greedy. Do not get involved with them on principle. read more

I've used Latonas now to sell two of my businesses, one of which sold for mid-six figures. While I dealt mostly with one of the individual brokers on each, I did have initial and follow-up conversations with Rick Latonas who is the CEO. Over all, the company is very well organized and professional in how they handle their clients, both buyers and sellers. I will certainly use them again. read more

I worked with Adam Beebe on the sale of my business, I was impressed by his response time and follow through with the transaction. Even though I'm a small business, I never felt like Adam cared less because of it. Latona's is more of a connect buyers and sellers than broker a transaction and watch closely the transfer and negotiations type of firm which was fine for me and the buyer. read more

I had a great experience with Latona's. As a buyer, Adam Beebe was essential in helping me purchase the online business. He was very responsive and helped coordinate meeting times quickly. He even drafted a potential purchase agreement that was fair and reasonable for both parties. I would definitely recommend Latona's, and more specifically, Adam Beebe as your broker. read more

We had great communication and he always got back to us in a timely manner. He was great and easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely work with him again in the future. read more

Adam Beebe from Latonas sold one of my sites and I couldn't be happier with the result! I really appreciated how much time and effort he put into finding the right buyer. My site ended up selling at a very fair price for both the buyer and I (exactly what I was looking for). I'll definitely be using Latonas on my next website sale! read more

I worked with Adam Beebe from Latona's on my first purchase earlier this month. It was a very pleasant experience. Adam helped me throughout the process and really made it a great experience. When buying or selling websites online, you need to work with somebody trustworthy and always there for you. Adam is the man. read more

Adam Beebe, our broker, was remarkable in that he found a buyer in the middle of a pandemic, stayed on top each step in the process, and was, in fact, critical in finding some information, without which, we would have had to entirely restructure the purchase agreement and the purchase process itself. Thanks, Adam read more

I am extremely pleased to have worked with Ryan Lane at Latonas.com during the sale of my web business. Ryan went above and beyond to find the right buyer and get me a good price.
