Cuz of an annoying K-1 that always comes late, I have to file an extension every year, but she has been appropriately conservative in estimating the amount I should pay both the IRS and FTB just in case on Apr 15, making my refunds even more pleasant of a surprise lol. She got through my taxes in just a few minutes albeit my tax case was relatively simple and cut through. Kathy went over my taxes with me and explained each line to me. Then explained the amounts I would be getting for my federal and state tax refunds. I liked at the end how Kathy put everything in a nifty blue folder for me to take.
