The receptionist informed me that my stylist was finishing up with another client and that she'd be a few more minutes. I was greeted by my stylist a few minutes later and she took me in. She asked me how she could help me and I stated I wanted a shampoo blow out, bang trim and curls (I showed a picture of what I wanted). She washed my hair, which was okay but more effort could have been put in. I have had hair washes at other salons and they usually massage your scalp while washing your hair. An area of improvement could be to massage the head slightly and wash the hair located at the back lower bottom of the head. Afterwards she took me back to the hair station and explained some hair products she would put into my hair to make the curls last longer. I was impressed that she took the time to explain each of the products. She blow dried my hair in sections, then gave me the bang trim. She trimmed my bangs to how I wanted and described and I was very happy. On to the curls, she efficiently curled my hair within 20 minutes and did a good job (see attached photo). It was very similar to the curls I showed her in the photo. The curls also lasted the whole night! Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. Some areas of improvement could be to give a slight head massage when washing hair and I felt the staff could be a bit more friendly.

They peeled off within a day, leaving my eyelids raw and sore, as well as being out $143.75 and they refused a refund. They are extremely unprofessional here and I would recommend staying as far away from this "spa" as possible.

But for the price of 40$ a pedicure, mine was done in a tin bowl that you can also make bread in, along with used and weathered nail files (Mothers tech also used old nail files). At the end of the session my mother and I left the salon. My mother was not happy with her service either. When I got home I looked at my toes and the job done was not professional looking at all. The nails were not even completely covered and my polish has chipped already. The part that is bad about the chipped polish is that it is shellac. If I had to put a price on my service today I would have paid 10$. I most likely could have applied the polish better myself. My mother and I got vouchers for free pedicures in the near future. We will not be using these vouchers. Again - my nail tech is a sweet girl.. But would not have my nails done there again.
