They're all super friendly and make it easy to communicate what I want done. They've even helped me pick out products that work great for my hair (Mitch Double Hitter and Tea Tree Shaping Cream). Every now and then I'll treat myself to a massage and pedicure too. Very relaxing, the perfect antidote for the toll my high stress career takes on me. I can say first hand that massages from Dave, Lori, and Missi are excellent! It helps that inside, the salon is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Seriously, it looks like it could be on TV! However, a third stylist who had just returned from lunch was very different. She is older one about 40 years old. Before my son's turn, I watched her cut another young girl's hair. She was rough when handling the child's hair and seemed impatient and careless. When she called my son over, we showed her a photo of the haircut we wanted. She barely acknowledged us, seemed unfriendly, and handled my son's hair in the same rough manner. What upset me most was the way she treated us. She appeared annoyed and lacked patience with children. My son was so uncomfortable with the experience that he cried after the haircut. Terrible experience!!!! It cost $20 for kids hair cut. No cheap. At leaA haircut should be a positive experience for kids, and unfortunately this was not. I hope management will address this issue so that all customers, especially children, are treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
