The sweet lady working there was super friendly, and when she asked if any of my purchases were gifts I was surprised when she offered to gift wrap them! I wasn't even charged extra, and she did a great job making my gift of Colorado socks for husband look extra special. My kids had a good time checking out all the neat things too, plus they have a bathroom which was very convenient for my 5 year old to use. I ended up buying a new sling bag/purse which seems very high quality, themed socks for my husband, a cute wine bottle topper that "chirps" when you pour the wine, and a "dammit doll" which I had actually been looking for one for a very long time and was super excited to finally find one! I felt for an old town/Main Street store, the prices were fair. Be aware, along with state tax there is also. "Windsor town tax" added to your bill as well.

My hubby and I live in Cali while my mother-in-law lives in Loveland, CO. It was her birthday so we…read moredecided to send her a flower arrangement from a local florist in Loveland. We have tried several in the area before and decided to try Earle's this time because we weren't crazy about the quality of the arrangements she received previously from the other shops. Yesterday my mother-in-law posted her birthday flowers on FB and we were pleasantly surprised by the results. The arrangement she received closely resembled the one online. They looked absolutely beautiful and the note read just as we had written in the memo. (Please be fully aware flower shops will never be able to duplicate photos exactly due to what flowers are in season and what they have in stock but they will at least try to replicate it as closely as they can.) I attached photos from the online website of what I ordered and the actual bouquet received. One unfortunate hiccup, we ordered a birthday balloon that never made it with the order. I still gave this place 5 stars because I wrote Earle's listed email address to request a refund on the balloon and Hilary responded within an hour with an apology and promise to refund my card. Approximately 30 minutes after that I received another email which was a receipt showing the refund. The customer service was expeditious, polite and kind. I appreciate that in a company. I will definitely be using their services again.

You can tell that the products in the store were carefully selected. It's definitely one of the most unique gift shops I have been in. Masonville Mercantile opened in 1896. Currently, 2 families own and operate the gift shop. Overall, Masonville Mercantile is a quirky shop worth the stop. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful gift or unique keepsake.
