Perfectly balanced and absolutely satisfying. The cochinita pibil - slow cooked suckling pig marinated with anatto, and bitter orange was spot on, bursting with bold, authentic flavors. And the queso fundido with longaniza (not chorizo, mind you) was rich, melty, and absolutely delicious. All that for around $45 for two. Definitely a win.
