There are a few parking spots in front of this place, and you check in with the front desk staff and she tells you which machine to use based on how much clothes you have. Pay the lady, and do not insert coins in the machine. Make sure she knows you need to wash and/or dry your clothes. Detergent is sold here and it's very cheap. I bought detergent at Walmart because I didn't know if I'd have the right change in pesos or if there was automated machines here that sold detergent. Seems like all your laundry needs (detergent, bleach, etc) are sold here with an attendant to assist. There are several chairs to sit while you wait for your laundry and a tv with music, English and Spanish. I saw a little bit of Backstreet Boys before the español came back on. *For those using GPS to get here, Google Maps is crap. It took me to 15th street even though it's Av. Yucatan (17th) by 44th Street. Look for the Farmacia/pharmacy at the corner.

Besides being very hones and helpful, you never have to wait for a washer or dryer to come available. And none of them are ever out of service. And they are located in a nice eclectic part of the city. If you let them do the washing/drying/folding for you, there is plenty to do in walking distance. Btw, they have enough parking and free wifi.
