I read reviews and heard from a dentist that she was the best Ortho in western NY and across the border in PA. After seeing her for months everything I read and heard was completely true. I was a difficult case because I only wanted bottom braces, but she is beyond talented at her job. My friends and family can't believe how fast and accurately she was able to do it for me. I'm perfectly symmetrical! I couldn't be happier, I had to fight back happy tears when I got my braces and glue off. I have my perfect smile back. She has been so friendly, gentle, and careful through the whole process. It wasn't even all that painful, at most I just had brief dull aches after adjustments. She's makes sure you're comfortable and asks how you're doing through the process. Her secretaries have all been so wonderful and helpful. Her office is spotlessly clean always. She has a wide variety of band and retainer case colors. She can squeeze you in for emergency appointments if something happens. She is very comfortable to talk to. The office makes you feel welcome. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you for improving my life!

Then when my daughter went to remove the mask to stop the gas, the nurse grabbed her hands and held them into her lap so she couldn't move them. This was the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a very very long time. I will not go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The office has a warm atmosphere and the customer service is great! As soon as you enter the doors of the office there is a coat rack and then as you enter the waiting area you are greeted by a mantle, sofa and chairs. There's a bowl of apples waiting for you and the tv is on. It feels like being at home. I really enjoy the technicians there especially Bree, she does a wonderful job making my teeth feel clean and healthy. Kneib Dentistry is above the learning curve as they use texting to confirm appointments and to send appointment reminders, I really wish more businesses would do this. All-in-all this is a great place to get your teeth taken care of.

I did reluctantly, and left my with botched asymmetrical front teeth I cannot never get back again. They're horrible, and he had the treatment further fall into a canted smile to hide what he did claiming it was somehow unavoidable and I'm just being difficult. I've been in treatment for 3.5 years and my smile looks worse than the minor crowding I went in with to have him fix. You can see this slanted cant now from across the room. We kindly asked him to take any responsibility or negotiate a reimbursement, and he refused. But he won't let me post my after pictures anywhere online, pointing the teeth he ground, asking for a simple response from his company as to why they were touched. Before Covid they also used to never wear masks, him or the staff, and he got me sick because he was so sick but didn't care to wear one despite breathing inches from my gaping mouth. One time I could smell the repulsive cigarette breath of one of his hygienists. I asked them to mask around me from then on after he got me sick, which in an ortho office is like asking people to wash their hands after pooping. Gross. Negligent. Liar. Unprofessional. Scam. Thanks for ruining my smile and wasting 5k and 3.5 years of my time.
