Nobody ever called us to discuss the matter, nor were there any attempts to work with us. They fired us as clients via email because I mentioned that I would be forced to post on social media about this unfortunate situation. They are a completely unprofessional firm. I don't recommend this firm because they only care about how much they can make off their clients. I truly thought they cared about their clients, but they do not.
