After doing business with this company for years (nearly a decade), they don't return 2 phone calls or 3 emails and finally respond "they're too busy". I called the office 2x and sent 3 emails and 2 weeks later they email this: "Good afternoon, At this time my Commercial department are pretty busy so they are not taking any new projects. We do apologize for the delay response. Thanks!" Hector Lozada My project was probable $8,000 +/-. Who is flushing this great company down the toilet? What a shame. read more

The 'BEST' of the 'BEST' is the only commentary one can make about this amazing glass and installation company. Before finally deciding on Largo Glass we interviewed a slew of businesses ... all of which seemed not to possess the professionalism and integrity ... and, most importantly, the honesty expressed when talking with Largo Glass. I have since been a witness to those that decided on other companies, a wide variety, all to be experiencing difficulty with the installation, faulty work, leakage etc. Largo Glass was the 'BEST' investment I ever made ... I couldn't be happier. The installation and work connected is far beyond anything I have seen ... perfection is an understatement as to how diligently each sliding window / door was installed ... from fit to function. The aesthetic quality also surpasses anything I, or friends of mine, have seen. To contemplate any company other than Largo Glass is a majestic mistake with consequences to follow ... not worth doing ! There is 'only' ONE LARGO GLASS. Get the 'BEST' from the 'BEST' ... talk to Jerry at LARGO GLASS and be more than satisfied. Camella, Jerry's sales person walks you through whatever questions you might have ... after 25 years in the business, there is little Camella can't answer! Put a 'smile' on your face ... LARGO GLASS !!! Marni Markell read more

I needed a glass for for my new shower and our contractor recommended Hector from Largo Glass. The whole experience and crew are great! Hector communicated thoroughly and answered all my questions. Everyone was polite and punctual. The biggest takeaway for me was their reliability and the fact that they will be there should I ever need anything. Juan, Justin, and Mohammed were all wonderful. Thank you!! All that is left now is to see how well the glass holds up over time. read more

My wife and I recently downsized and moved into a "new" older home. Given the age of the new digs, we needed to upgrade our windows to be more energy efficient and provide greater protection from wind / hurricanes (we live on the water). Based upon the work Largo Glass had done for us at our prior home, we asked them to bid the job, along with several other glass companies in the area. The Largo Glass pricing was in line with the other companies who bid on the job...and they got back with us quickly, WOW! After reviewing the pricing and responsiveness of the 4 bids, we awarded the business to Largo Glass. Their pricing was comparable to the other glass companies and we knew their work to be excellent based upon the beautiful work they had done for us on our glass shower and doors at our prior home. We were not disappointed we chose them. The team was on-time (for measurements AND installation), the installation was perfect and we are very happy customers for the second time in a row. Thank you Largo Glass! It is refreshing to work with a vendor who does what they say they will do and delivers on time! read more

I Initially made contact with Largo glass looking to purchase 2 pieces of tempered glass for bar shelving on Feb 23 via their sales email. I made a follow up call on Feb 26 to see if my quote had been prepared. I was told that Maria would be in touch, and the service agent took my information. On March 02 I followed up with Largo glass again, and once again was told Maria would be right back in touch with me. After waiting an hour and half I searched other providers of tempered glass in the Clearwater area and came upon Tempered Glass Industries. I placed one call, was given a quote, and within minutes my order was placed. read more

We remodeled our bathroom and had our shower doors designed and installed with Largo Glass. They were so professional! On time, personable, cleaned up after themselves. The frameless door they recommended looks fabulous. I would recommend their services to my friends as well. Great job, thank you Largo Glass! read more

I contacted Largo Glass to give me a price on a shower door. I just finished remodeling one of my bathrooms and needed a new shower door. I talked to a woman who informed me that I needed to give her the measurements first. I went home did the measurements and called back, but talked to a guy this time and he said they needed to come out and do a measurement. Ok. they came exactly a week ago and I have still not received a quote. I have called twice now and spoke to the same woman I spoke with initially and she keeps telling me that she will email me, but her customer service is awful and she still has not emailed me a quote. I will be reaching out to another company. I don't care what the quote is at this point, I have no faith that they will do what they say because it has been 7 full days and I still cannot even get a price for a shower door. read more

After seeing Largo Glass online, I called for an estimate and spoke to a man about our objective. After speaking for 5 minutes he asked me to hold, the next thing I knew a woman was on the line asking me to pay $150 for an estimate! Their website clearly states free estimates. read more

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, Took off of work to meet someone at my home for an estimate...they never showed or called. I called the next day and they apologized so I decided to give them a second chance. They rescheduled for yesterday at 6:00. Again, NO SHOW...NO CALL! I'm so disappointed and they are a complete waste of time. Their customer service is lacking with a complete disregard for my time. Never again!! read more

Great workmanship as far as the installation. If issues arise they will make sure things are done correctly. We etched some doors and they are awesome and the shower doors we purchased are also great. read more

Absolutely an A++ company that did an amazing job from start to finish on my home remodel. They installed 2 beautiful custom shower enclosures, a glass door, and a dining room table. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, even when I was a bit demanding. The installers were friendly and did impeccable work. I would recommend this glass company to everyone! Excellent prices too, far less than I was quoted elsewhere. read more

My husband and I remodeled our pool bath and was referred to Largo Glass for options and installation of our glass door for the shower. This company was a pleasure to work with. Wasn't really sure what we were looking for, but they helped with options we could use and pricing. Our appointment was set, they came out measured and installation was fast and came out beautiful. They also took our old mirror and cut it to update the look. We love the look of our new seamless glass and our updated mirror. Thank you Largo Glass your work is quality and we look forward to using you in the future! read more

My wife and I went to Largo glass to get a new glass wall for our shower and add a wall on the back end of the shower . We walked into the showroom and we were not greeted by anyone. There was a woman sitting at the front desk area on the phone . She did not acknowledge us . We looked around the showroom for a few minutes and then walked up to the desk where we were curtly asked what we needed. We told her that we were interested in replacing one glass wall in our bathroom and adding another small one to the end of the shower. Her reply was , what are the measurements? I had measured the area we needed and showed them to her. She asked if we wanted clear glass and we asked about getting something opaque. She said they had an item and pointed to the showroom floor. I guess the walk to the she showroom to show us and explain the differences was too much work. All this time she was holding the phone in her hand and did not come around from behind the desk. My wife and I then walked over to the different styles of glass and went back to the desk and asked about price. Her reply was that whatever the clear glass was anything other than clear would be double. Every answer was one word, and curt on top of it. We were made to feel with the phone in her hand that we were keeping her from a phone call. . She then told us if they had to remove any existing glass that would be a charge . She wrote down the price on my drawing and handed it to us. We thanked her and left. We then sat in our car for a few minutes and then we both talked about how curt she was. There was absolutely no customer service. No explanation . No questions about what we liked or what alternatives there were for us. We were both blown away by her borderline rudeness. I guess a $1,500 install doesn't come with customer service . Maybe you have to spend more money to get more help than one word answers . We then left and went to Oscar's Award glass and mirror. They were great. We were asked what we were looking for. They showed us pictures of various installs with different kinds of glass. The customer service was awesome!! Their price was much cheaper for a larger area and they treated us like they cared . They get 5 stars and I give Largo glass 1 star only because I can't give them no stars. read more
