This was is my experience with Natasha Simon, realtor with The Money Team. First, please do not…read morewaste your time with Natasha Simon with the Money Team realty. She is very unprofessional and incompetent as a realtor. I interviewed other realtors and decided to choose Natasha after she reassured me she could sell my home. Those were her exact words. She gave the impression would be proactive in the process. Both which turned out to be false. In our initial interview on the telephone she talked a good game and said all the correct things to sell herself as a realtor. However, she lacked diligence and rarely communicated with me after I signed the 90 day exclusive contract. She would often reach out to me until I signed the contract. Before the contract I explained to her I needed a well experienced realtor with years of experience that would be transparent and diligent. Once the contract was signed she immediately handed my case to a realtor with less than a year experience. This was the "bait and switch." I was flabbergasted. When I expressed my disappointment she stated she would still be the realtor. She only had other realtors assisting her. This turned not to be untrue. One of the biggest red flag was she did not want to have an in person meeting. My home was listed on HAR and I asked which other platforms and marketing would be used. I was informed other platforms and social medias would be used to market my home. But, not done. I was also informed unfavorable photos of any room would not be used, however they were. At the 32nd day of my home being listed my Natasha and "the money team." And no traction. I had to reach out to her asking what would be the proposed next step. She got back a day later and talked about renting out my home and other topics she never initially mentioned as possibilities. Had I been pre informed of the what if's. I could've anticipated the unexpected. However, this just showed her lack of communication and empathy. Every time I sent an email to her with a question or an update her immediate response would be defensive and sarcasm. My home is a new home and I gave specific instructions for everyone to wear foot coverings which I provided. No one ever used them. I really could continue with other reasons on ho remiss Natasha Simon is, but this review would be endless. Please be warned! I only gave 1 star to post. Because there should be not be any.
