From the looks of it, it looks like you can only book one to two days in advance which is nice if you need a test same day or within a day or two. I booked my appointment online the night before through their website, where you pay ahead of time, about $12 USD (this may change with time). I will say the form is more catered to locals than visitors but if you navigate the questions most of them can be answered with no issues. When we arrived we got there early but they told us we'd have to come back to our scheduled time so we did. When we arrived we got into the appointment line, they have a non appointment line too if you happen to be in the area and need one or couldn't make an appt. Since my Spanish isn't the best my Dad, who lives here went with me. When we got to the point where I had to go in without him I got concerned I may not be able to answer all questions, my Spanish is sub par. In my best Spanish I told her I didn't speak much Spanish and she quickly grabbed an English speaking nurse, which helped! All in all everything was super comfortable and professional. They have a good system going and it was really quick and you get your results in 2 hours! TIP! When you provide the number for your WhatsApp for your results it's not really efficient if you don't have a MX phone #, however after you check in they give you a receipt with two codes which allows you to get your results online, which made it much easier to see my results. I never got it from Whatsapp as indicated on their website so don't rely on this method. Recommend for your Covid test!
