Two different hourly rates based on whether you supply your own parts…read more.. I called yesterday to book a small repair (about an hour labor), and told them I was supplying my own parts. I was told the hourly rate was $105/hr. Ok, no problem, brought my car in, labor was exactly 1 hour but the bill shows I was charged $130/hr. I went back in to ask about this and was told that it's $130 when the customer supplies his own parts... I've been going to this place for years now but this is the last time. I hope it was worth it for them to make an extra $25 to lose a customer forever and to get a nice review written about them on yelp!

Instead you can go through all the online research, send emails back and forth inquiring about a certain vehicle and then you try to set up a test drive. First message I received back was the inventory of the entire lot, not what I was seeking. I was particular, wanted to test drive that vehicle alone. I pointed that out to the salesman and the poof!!! Nothing more heard, no reason to spend 50+ thousand here. They must be flush in the cash. Take the short drive to Ottawa and enjoy the selection. I did :)
