Instead, the waiter served us a glass of beer. We assumed they didn't have samplers until we saw the same waiter serving someone else a small sample in a disposable cup. Not only did they sell less beer, but they proved discriminatory based on appearances, lost two customers and earned this one star review. "Artisanal" comes from US microbreweries where clientele is earned through communal bonds, trust and friendship. This place is a rude caricature of this original movement.

I will say that in general the prices feel a little high for the area but for that you also get a solid chance of everything on the menu being good and the cozy sitting area set back off the road is certainly different than everything else in the area...I wish this place luck!

The prices are a little higher than in the United States, but considering this is in Brazil, we were willing to shell out a few more dollars for some good stuff. However, they have several rare brews that I haven't found elsewhere in Rio.
