For our girls' night, we were encouraged to bring our own snacks and drinks which added to the fun of the evening. They don't have a huge range of selection, but the prices are very good (a bit lower than other similar venues in London). We picked our pieces up about 10 days later after they'd been glazed and fired and everyone liked their creations and was very happy with how they'd turned out.

When you ask for assistance, his rudeness intensifies and he directs you elsewhere. The place is scruffy and ransacked with boxes and clothing strewn everywhere. I choose Clear Print specifically to support a local business but I won't be back for another bout of uglinesses. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a zero rating, so forced to press one star. Pissed.

I've tried to follow their returns procedure and have requested authorisation via the website. I did this on Friday and am still waiting for them to approve it on Wednesday night - I have since emailed twice and used messenger to ask what the issue is. I have been ignored completely and not had a response to anything. I have now escalated a case on PayPal - all I want to do is to return the shirts for a refund but the customer services is appalling and it's clear they cannot be trusted
