First of all I would rate them nothing. Here's why...
Yesterday morning I went to breakfast. Right when my boyfriend and myself (both African American) walked in three caucasian men, wearing "Lansing Tile & Mosaic" sweatshirts, starred at us and started cracking up laughing. I did not know what was funny and thought maybe they were telling a job amongst themselves. Then an older African American lady came in. They started laughing even more. While sitting down trying to enjoy my breakfast all you can hear are the 3 ignorant men laughing and telling disrespectful jokes underneath their breath. I could not enjoy my breakfast, especially with those men starring at me.
I just think those type of actions aren't a way you'd want to carry yourself, or even represent the company you work for. read more
