I get protecting the client owning the home, but this is over the top. After a whole seven months in St. George I was let go from my new job I had moved there for. I let Red Rock know I was being let go in May of 2019. It is now August and we are still paying rent for a house I have not lived in for two months. On top of that, we have to leave the utilities on, with them leaving the AC on after showing it, which cost us $208. I am a disabled veteran who is now unemployed, and even though the lease says they can let me out of the lease, they refuse. But dont worry, they still charged me the $500 early termination fee right away in May AND have kept making me pay rent for the two months since vacating the property. This is how the company treats their customers, with zero regard for issues out of a persons control. In this case it just happened to be a 100% disabled Veteran they are taking advantage of. STAY AWAY!
